The hotel has more than twenty restaurants, big and small, serving dishes of different flavours. They include Chinese restaurants such as “Binyuan Palace”, “Yixiang Court” and “Fenghuang Hall”; and Moslem and Western restaurants.

Named by the famous poet Zhao Puchu, Binyuan Palace Restaurant is a large and spacious restaurant which is luxuriously decorated. With a seating capacity of over a thousand and suitable for holding large banquet, the restaurant consists of a number of function rooms such as “Bicui”, “Changchun”, “Qing Pavilion” and “Hong Pavilion”, and a bar as well. Yixiang Court Restaurant is elegantly designed to give customers a pleasant environment to dine. Fenghuang Hall Restaurant has several archaic function rooms, including “Mudan Pavilion”, “Zhaofeng Pavilion”, “liquang pavilion”, “Ziyun Pavilion” and “Yaoxiang Pavilion”, for serving imitation Tang-Dynasty-style cuisines.

While its Moslem restaurant has strong Persian characteristics, its Western restaurant is adorned with brilliant lights and delicate decorations.

The restaurants offer various kinds of foods including local dishes of Sichuan, Guangdong , Hunan, Anhui, and imitation Tang-Dynasty-style cuisines as well as famous dishes and hors d’oeuvres of Shaanxi. On the other hand, British, French, American, German, Russian and Italian foods and pastries are also served.

All the foods are prepared by more than 30 first-rate chefs with meticulous craftsmanship.
